Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. Keep in mind the Goyave sandals are made from a composite leather material which will stretch a little with wear, so if you're between sizes, we suggest you size up.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

I can't see my size?

Is your size out of stock? You can always fill out the out of stock notification form on the product page.

If you're looking for a size not listed on the product page, we may not stock it. If that is the case, please send us an email at info@gatae.co.nz, and we will take it into consideration for our next order.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use NZ Post to send our items within New Zealand.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $10 across New Zealand.

Where do you ship to?

We only ship within New Zealand at this time.

When will I receive my order?

We do our best to process, pack and send all orders within 1-2 business days. Once it has been collected by our courier, your order should arrive within 1-3 business days depending on where you are in New Zealand. If you live in a rural delivery area or in the South Island, please allow extra time for delivery.

You should receive a tracking email as soon as your order is packed, so please keep an eye on your order tracking.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Once your order is in our system, we cannot change the delivery address, so please make sure you triple check before placing your order to avoid shipping errors or delays.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we don't send orders overseas at the moment.
